At R-Sky Astroinstruments LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products. If you have any issues with your purchase, please review our Warranty and Returns Policy below.


Warranty Policy


We offer the following warranty coverage for our products:


• Dew Heaters and Controllers: Covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase.

• All Other Products: Covered by a 30-day warranty from the date of purchase.


If a product is found to have a defect in materials or workmanship within the applicable warranty period, we will repair or replace it at no cost. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations, accidents, or normal wear and tear.


Returns Policy


You may return any product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund or exchange, provided that the product is in its original, unused condition and packaging.


• Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns.

• Shipping for Warranty Repairs: The buyer is responsible for the cost of shipping the product to us for warranty repair. If the product is found to have a defect covered by the warranty and requires repair, we will cover the cost of shipping the repaired or replaced product back to the buyer within the United States. In all other cases, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.


All returns and repairs must be shipped using USPS, UPS, or FedEx with a tracking option. We also recommend insuring your package, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.


How to Make a Return or Warranty Claim


1. Contact Us:  with your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos(we can request in correspondence).

2. Receive Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions for your return.

3. Ship the Product: Securely package the item, include the RAN and a copy of your receipt, and send it to the address provided.


Refunds and Exchanges


Refunds: Processed to the original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges: Processed once the original item is received and inspected.
